I’ve always been a little hesitant to smile for the majority of my life because of my teeth. They aren’t crooked or anything like that, they just had gaps. I came in for a consultation and was pleasantly surprised about how nice everyone was! From the front desk to the people inside, this place has to be the happiest group I have ever seen inside an orthodontist. I signed up for an Invisalign treatment the day I went in for a consultation! Everything was clearly explained and so were other options. They really want you to be happy with your smile! Dr. Prater is really funny and encouraging! One of the nicest, if not the nicest, orthodontist I’ve ever met. They give you a bag of goodies as well!

My daughter recently finished braces with Dr. Prater and her great staff at Rancho Del Rey Orthodontics. Dr. Prater is a perfectionist and made sure that her smile was absolutely perfect—just what we wanted. She took extra care to make sure that my daughter’s retainer was comfortable so that she will wear it faithfully and keep her smile beautiful. I’ve had three kids with braces in Chula Vista and Dr. Prater had the best value and was the best orthodontist we’ve seen!
